Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your order, but if you change your mind, no problem.

You have the right to return your order for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods from the day you notify us.

To start a return, email us at hello@kyosmatcha.com with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back — this helps us process your return quickly and correctly.

Returns Window
We offer a 30-day return period, giving you extra flexibility. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

• Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t refund lost returns.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

Exchanges & Damaged Items
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including postage.
