What's inside

  • Matcha bowl: wide and shallow, giving the whisk room to work.

How to make your first bowl

  1. Soak the whisk prongs in warm water for a minute.
  2. Add 1–2g of ceremonial matcha to the bowl.
  3. Pour in around 70ml of water at about 80°C — not boiling.
  4. Whisk briskly in a “W” motion until a fine foam forms, then enjoy.

For a matcha latte, whisk with a splash of hot water first, then top with steamed or iced milk.

Pair it with our Organic Ceremonial Grade Matcha, and add a bamboo spoon for accurate measuring.
