Wipe clean with a dry cloth, or rinse and dry straight away. Keep it dry when scooping, as moisture causes matcha to clump.

  2. Add 60ml of lukewarm (not boiling) water.
  3. Whisk gently in a “W” motion until smooth.
  4. Add milk or water according to taste.
  5. Sip slowly and intentionally.
